Refund Policy

If you cancel your GP appointment with more than 24hours notice, then you will be entitled to a full refund. Please email  support@drhelenmedical.co.uk to arrange this.  

Individual consultations are non-refundable after the session has started.  

If you cancel your specialist appointment (eg. ENT/lifestyle/ dermatology) with more than one week’s notice, then you will be entitled to a full refund. Please email  support@drhelenmedical.co.uk to arrange this. Individual consultations with the specialists are non-refundable after the session has started.  Sessions cancelled less than one week in advance will be charged at the full amount. It may not always be possible to reschedule your appointment time, and this will be at the discretion of the appropriate doctor. Please contact us at support@drhelenmedical.co.uk to reschedule your consultation.

Exchanges  

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.  

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
