Dr Helen Evans-Howells
GP & Allergy Specialist
GP with additional training in allergy, eczema and ENT.
Hi I’m Dr Helen. I’m so happy that you have found our business and can assure you that you are in the right place to have all your medical needs met.
Seeing my patients and families leave my clinic, relieved and with smiles on their faces, it feels like a job well done. Nothing brings me more satisfaction – other than perhaps watching my children grow into wonderful young people.
I am a GP, and an allergy specialist, and I am the owner of Dr Helen Medical and Dr Helen Allergy here in Ringwood.
Alongside these roles, I help to run the peanut immunotherapy clinic in Southampton Children’s Hospital, Chair the Anaphylaxis UK Clinical and Scientific Panel, lecture internationally on allergy, sit on various expert panels and write for a variety of publications.
Dr Lexi Obee-Kendall

Hi I am Dr Lexi and I am a GP. I am a partner in an NHS GP surgery in Southbourne in Dorset. I am delighted to have partnered with Dr Helen to help run Dr Helen Medical.
I have worked for the NHS for 23 years, starting as a Healthcare Assistant, and I qualified as a doctor 16 years ago. I have had a very varied career all across the country- from inner city major trauma centres, to rural and remote General Practice.
I live with my 2 young daughters, and in my spare time I volunteer for the local RNLI lifeboat, am an avid sea swimmer, and sing with a community choir.
I am looking forward to welcoming you in clinic here in Ringwood and supporting you with your health and wellbeing needs.
