Dr Helen Medical is able to assist with any administrative matters that you may have relating to you or your child’s health.
Depending on the need, a consultation may be required, please get in touch to discuss your individual circumstances. We can provide a range of letters or reports for different audiences such as workplaces, schools and insurance companies.
If you have made a GP appointment, most Sick Notes and GP letters can be completed within the consultation for no additional fee.
At Dr. Helen Medical, we can provide a sick note of up to 14 days at a time. This will confirm your condition and symptoms, and specify the required duration of sick leave.
Please note, this is a private sick note, not an NHS Med3 note. Employers may choose to decline it, so we strongly recommend reviewing your workplace’s sickness and absence policy before proceeding.
